About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

My mother fell at home, was seen by a first responder, then paramedics who took her to A&E at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital where she had tests and helped to return home the same day.

The care she received from everyone that day, from that first responder, ambulance crew, nurses Dr. s and therapists was excellent. Every person was caring, thorough, professional.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I hope your mother is recovering well following her fall.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
