"Experience of first baby"

I recently gave birth to my first baby (17th July) and was really pleased with the support I received. I had a student midwife and a qualified midwife, and both were supportive and encouraging throughout my labour. I had to go to theatre afterwards for stitches, and again was pleased with how I was treated by the staff. I had to stay overnight on a ward, and all the staff were kind and caring. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
