"Outstanding care"

Thank you so much to all staff in A & E on Monday night who responded so quickly when my partner arrived having had to leave a London hospital because her treatment was so appalling and she had waited 7 days for an emergency operation. Lincoln had her on a ward in 30 mins and she was operated on the next morning. Every member of staff in A&E and SEAU has been outstanding and incredibly caring and we are so grateful. The care in every way has been amazing: prompt, compassionate and effective. Communication was excellent - all staff seemed to know about the treatment plan and were great with telling us everything. Big big thank you.
