"Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic"

I was referred to this clinic due to a problem detected with a previous ECG I had. I nervously went with my wife today. What a pleasant experience. The admin staff in reception where friendly and hospitable and even went out of their way to make available an extra chair for my wife as the waiting room was full. I was seen to by extremely professional senior cardiac nurse who was brilliant at communicating with me to diagnose and in a caring manner talk me through all the procedures and tests. The Doctor too came across as professional and caring. When you are nervous and vulnerable, how refreshing to have such friendly, articulate, professional and caring team in this clinic. What a pleasant experience! Thank you
