What I liked

Feb 14th 09 - finally went for blood tests (requested 2 months ago) as I don't handle them well and couldn't get time off work. Had top rate service by 2 staff who were fantastic especially when when I fainted. The test was done from my hand as requested with no probs and so professionally and gently, that I hardly felt it. The care during a scary fainting spell was amazing and I would like this praise and thanks to be passed on please. It was around 11.30am on the above date.

The hospital is always clean and all staff I spoke to today were very friendly and helpful.

Another great factor which I really hope becomes permanently funded by the GP's / PCT is the sat morn clinic opening. I have previously left without having the test, as sitting in a room full of people and the long waits just increases my anxiety.

So please keep it up if poss. Thanks

What could be improved

Its a shame the rennovations prevented the hospital shop from being open , only because I wanted to buy these 2 staff some chocolates!!
