All the staff were respectful. The toilet on level 4 main entrance was unclean. The kick strip on Inner door very marked. Plug hole to sink filthy and slow to clear. Floor in corners dirty. Foam back rest dirty. Ceiling tile not replaced properly with exposed wires. A drawing of male anatomy on ceiling. Poor.
