About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

After having 3 episodes of bad back pain in my lower back I went to see my GP. He prescribed pain relief and anti-inflamates for the pain. My GP referred me for physiotherapy. I was contacted by TRAQS who arranged and appointment at Princess Royal Hospital for the 3rd June.

I went to Princess Royal Hospital and had a consultation and was also given some exercises to do at home. It was explained to me what my problem was and what I could do myself to manage myself better and that I should not need any more appointments unless the problem came back.
