"From Ambulance crew to A and ..."

What I liked

From Ambulance crew to A and E and Masu ward I cannot imagine better treatment.

I was very impressed , Staff behaved efficiently and professionally throughout in a busy night

What could be improved

All was really good- I thought staff in A and E should have had more breaks- I was there about 5 hours and didnt see anyone getting a break. - so maybe its more staff needed. maybe some kind of glass screen to cut out the noise of doctors and nurses talking on Masu ward which really made sleep difficult.although I know they were meant to observe and a screen might stop that being effective.

I thought the staff should have had more breaks ( any would have been good - so I guess more staff needed) . I was in A and E for about 5 hours and no breaks were taken that I could see.

Anything else?
