"Treatment was extremely useful"

I found my treatment to be extremely useful. Having been diagnosed with Post Natal Depression/anxiety I felt as if I was in a sort of haze. I got to a point where I was not wanting to leave the house, making and citing excuses of situations that hadn't even happened!

My therapist was brilliant, he was able to help me see that the reasons I was citing were extreme and unlikely.

Thanks to him and the techniques I have learned I can now do things that, although normal and everyday to other people, are massive achievements for me.

It's great to hear that your treatment has been helpful in overcoming your symptoms of postnatal depression and anxiety. It's important to recognise that being able to do those things that we usually take for granted is a real achievement and I'm glad that you have learnt the techniques to enable you to do this.
