"Had I not rang I would still be sitting waiting for an operation"

About: Euston House Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was referred by the Euston House doctor on February 24th, but never heard any more about my follow up, so I rang appointments at PRH to be told that I am not on the list. The man said to contact my GP to see what had happened. I also rang the Euston House, the lady there said it had been faxed to them on Feb 24th but somehow it never arrived. Had I not rang I would still be sitting waiting for an operation that was never going to happen.
