What I liked
Despite a very poor prognosis the surgeon took the time to be re-assuring to me and my family at all times. He and his staff and the Intensive Care and ward staff all gave the best care and consideration possible. When things deteriorated swift action prevented possible further damage. A second operations six months later was a most positive experience once again. We are humbled by the fact of living in a once-industrial area that we have some of the best medical and surgical staff to be found anywhere.
