"Caring kind and compassionate staff"

My husband was admitted from Chorley A and E to ward 12 at RPH. It was a very worrying time and he had to be moved to ward 24. My husband was an inpatient for 8 days in total. During his stay my husband had to have a CT scan and a sigmoidoscopy. Both of which were organised and carried out without delay. I cannot fault the level of service that my husband received. Ward 12 was organised, clean and welcoming. The kindness and sensitivity of all the staff was wonderful. My husband even had staff going out of their way to find suitable drinks and food for him. The personal touch that the staff seemed able to find amid pressures and high activity were wonderful. Keep up the good work, you are truly lovely people.
