"Treatment has made a wonderful difference to my life"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My referral was for a hearing aid test, I was offered several clinics. I chose Specsavers at New Street Wellington as best choice. I was treated to a first class hearing test by Christine who there and then fixed me with NHS hearing aids and spare batteries along with full instructions for use. I find it has made a wonderful difference to my life.

I am grateful, thanks to all concerned.
