About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I just visited Dr Warner at Donnington Medical Practice. She was very helpful and friendly. She has referred me to have surgery. I was then contacted by TRAQS who were very polite and lovely on the phone. They explained that they had a free appointment and I expected. Excellent service.

I am pleased to note that you found the TRAQS service excellent. TRAQS aim to provide a more patient focused and friendly service for the patients registered with GP practices within the Telford and Wrekin area.
