I thought the lady was very helpful. The appointment is not too long a wait. I have chosen New Cross having lost confidence in RSH.

I note that you refer to past experiences with RSH which we are unable to comment on but we can provide contact details for the PALs Officer at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital who will be able to take your comments further on behalf of the individual hospital concerned.
