Arrived early went into appointment a little late but not major. Good chat about the options for my hearing loss had test much easier as improved sound proofing (I think) Decided on type of aid. Urged to use old aids after 7 years without use to get used to hearing with aids. Good support. Very informative. Come away happy with next appointment..
