"Care and support was appalling"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

My physio appointment (re this referral) is the ‘last stage’ of my recent healthcare experience (2011 – 2014) – one that has been very far from satisfactory.

The surgery itself was excellent & successful, but waiting times and all the associated bureaucracy, care & support was appalling and of 3rd world standard.

From your comments it is clear that your referral was not processed by the TRAQS team as we did not exist at the outset of your treatment. However, we note that your comments relate to Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust/Royal Shrewsbury Hospital NHS Trust and as such we are unable to comment on their behalf.
