Terry was my therapist and he was absolutely brilliant at his job – genuinely caring and gave me excellent advice to aid my recovery.
I understand Terry did not have a magic wand for me to get better but with his advice and me working hard on what he asked me to do, week by week I started to feel relatively normal again. Going from : ( to : ).
