I have been with Shared Care for years and felt no one cared about so I didn't care about myself either and began missing appointments because it didn't matter cos nothing changed anyway.
Due to missing appointments I was transferred to Turning Point for my treatment. I had to attend because they kept my prescription at their office which annoyed me.
But after my first appointment with Dave he had sorted another appointment with Brian who has helped me claim the benefits I am entitled to which I have claimed anything for 9 months and Dave has asked me where I want to go.
As far as my treatments is concerned and we are now having discussions about detox and rehab, and I haven't missed an appointment yet.
I was dealt with quickly and the staff were firm, but fair.
