My daughter was a patient on Ward 23 at the RVI following a fracture to her femur. The staff there were all fantastic- professional, compassionate and well informed. She felt safe and that nothing was ever too much trouble. We were confident in their care - which is so important when a close family member is ill. There was a real sense of teamwork- which stretched from the cleaners to the medical staff- a rare achievement! And it was clear staff enjoyed their work and took pride in doing it well. Thankyou- and keep up the good work.
