"Outstanding"

Had a gastrointestinal appointment here this morning. Honestly feel that this is the best hospital I have been to; The building itself is extremely clean; the reception staff were really welcoming and friendly; the nurses were lovely and even the consultant was really nice and friendly! Usually when I have been to other hospitals, the consultants don't have the time of day for you, but mine was amazing.. He was really friendly, very professional and I really felt like he actually cared.. And also the woman who took my bloods.. She was so lovely. I'm terrified of having my bloods done, but she had so much patience with me and was really nice! All in all, I can't express how happy I am with the treatment I received from the moment I walked into the hospital, to the moment I left! Thank you!
