Referred by my GP at 5pm on a Friday. Admitted to Ward 5 by 10pm that evening. Appendix removed by 10am Saturday. Home by 1pm Sunday. NOW THAT's the NHS at its best!!! To summarise; Excellent GP's; Caualty Dept; On-call Surgeon; Ward Staff (all grades); Surgery team, housekeeping and even the meals! Well done all and sincere appreciation!
