Last December I attended ward B34 in the neurology department at Queens Medical Hospital. The nurses there were very kind and efficient during my treatment. However, the waiting time to see the doctor could have been better. I felt angry and upset whilst I waited to see the doctor. Also the neurology doctor was in my opinion rude and distant and I felt as though he thought I was waisting his time.
