"Very polite staff and appointment process"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was very happy with the service, contacting me on the Friday I was unavailable. Phoned them back on the Tuesday, got through straight away very polite staff, appointment good time and hospital I wanted.
