"Appointments were made extremely quickly"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Was referred by GP due to ankle instability was seen by physio at Maddocks, Madeley and referred to PRH for scan.

GP was totally ignorant of my background and unwilling to listen to my background( stroke suffered which limits my mobility so ankle problem was making mobility issues even worse to the point of being unable to walk). Physio appointment made extremely quickly as was appointment for scan.

However, it is clear from your comments that the problems experienced relate to difficulties within your GP Practice and in the circumstances TRAQS is unable to comment on this. You may however wish to raise your concerns with the Practice Manager at your Surgery.

I am pleased to note that the appointments for your scan and physio treatment were made without delay.
