(as the patient),

Yesterday I arrived at Mr Perkins Clinic. The waiting room was packed, however it started to move. The nurse explained it should be one of Mr Perkins team I would be having. I was very apprehensive. The pleasant specialist made me feel at ease immediately. He had all my records examined including the details of my three previous operations. Following X-rays of the three operated areas he confirmed that all was well and that no immediate follow up action was necessary. The specialist followed up 2 years later.
