"I had to phone up to get my appointment on both times"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The main thing I am not happy with, this is the second time I have had to use TRAQS for a referral and I had to phone up to get my appointment on both times.

Dear 'Lost7'

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

TRAQS have 5 working days to process referrals from the GP practice before we attempt contact the patient to offer choice in booking their appointment. We can only process the referral once it is received from the GP practice. Sometimes there are delays at the medical practices which means the referrals are not sent to TRAQS for a number of days after the patient sees their GP.

Unfortunately all patient opinion feedback is annoymous, therefore I am unable to look into this for you. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact me on 01952 580441 and I will be happy to assist.

Many Thanks
