"Fantastic A&E Care"

I attended A&E at Solihull this morning with a very sore foot following a fall. The receptionist was very warm & friendly and the nurse who looked after me throughout was exemplary, very knowledgeable and thorough. I was sent to x-ray where I was treated very well before returning to the same A&E nurse who gave me my results and treatment. The continuity of care was very much appreciated and I left feeling very reassured. I was seen within about 20 minutes of arrival and the service thereafter was swift and efficient. Thank you to everyone involved in my care today, a great service provided overall and a huge credit to Solihull Hospital.
