What I liked

I am a regular outpatient visitor at the dermatology department. All the staff are friendly, couteous and caring. The Professor and his team are fantastic and I have received excellent and succesful treatment. I feel that the department are regularly reviewing their systems to provide the best quality treatmet for patients and trying to reduce waiting times. On my last visit I was seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time.

What could be improved

I do not think anything could have been improved on my last visit.
