"Day case unit staff"

I had a nose operation to improve my breathing on Saturday 26. Having heard all the bad things that happen in hospitals, I can say the staff there was very pleasant and professional. I felt really looked after, even by the lady serving the food. We have to be fair and recognise the great work the medical teams are doing despite the pressure and long hours. There was change of shift but not drop in service. Keep up the good job.
