"Staff are extremely rude for no reason!"

The staff are extremely rude for no reason at all, my mother spoke to a member of staff via telephone just politely enquiring what time Minor Injuries closes and the lady on the phone bit her head off with a quick reply before slamming the phone down. Previous experiences of face to face contact with them is not better either, the staff look at you and treat you like rubbish! Would not attend Mount Vernon Minor Injuries unless I desperately needed to.
