"All well apart from ward 20!"

I have been in hospital due to gall stones. I couldn't fault anyone on any ward except ward 20. One nurse had ruined my experience as she was extremely rude and told me i had a low pain threshold amongst thinking i wanted to be in hospital! In the end i had to have an emergency operation and 3 months on i am still having problems and have been told i need another op. I now worry about going to the hospital incase i see her. I have never had any other bad experiences but this has completely changed my view of hospitals!
