"More like a hotel than a hospital"

I have just stayed at the Circle Bath for 2 days following an surgical procedure. Starting with the pre-op appointments through to the after care the staff have been wonderful. After the operation the staff looked after me and made me feel welcome, comfortable and safe. The individual room was clean and provided me with the privacy I needed as well as not feeling cut off from the staff, all of whom were wonderful and only too happy to stop for a quick chat as they passed the door. The food was amazing. From the simple toast (with homemade marmalade) I had after my op to the 3 course gourmet dinner on my full days stay was well presented, hot and full of flavour. The choice was superb, something for everyone, and the hospitality staff always had a smile. I would like to say a huge THANK YOU and was sorry I had to leave so soon.
