I had to attend the A&E on Saturday 26th July 2014. From the moment we stepped into the reception everyone was polite efficient and very helpful. I had full blood tests. an ECG, chest x-ray and blood sugar level test. Throughout this I was informed at each stage what was happening and given choices. The consultant was great he was very knowledgable and totally professional. From the receptionist to the nurse who offered tea and coffe to the doctor, the porter and the pharmacist they all showed how to treat a patient with respect and dignity. I have in the past been a member of a private health care scheme this visit and care was way past what they gave. I would have no hesitation in recommending Russell's Hall Hospital.

It is wonderful to hear that you were so impressed by all the staff you came into contact with during your visit. Making sure our patients feel fully informed about every aspect of their treatment is very important to us, so it is fantastic to hear that you were kept so fully informed and involved in your treatment. It really is wonderful when patients give us such complimentary feedback and we will be sure to pass on your kind words to all the staff in our A&E. Thank you.
