"Pray you don't get ill!!"

Awful experience of this service of an "Urgent Care Centre" I visited the centre in the early hours of Sunday 27th July 2014. The doctor looked as if they had just been woken up to come and assess my condition. The doctor was rude and dismissive to me and made me feel awful. They did not listen to what I wanted to say and just interrupted and spoke over me. Their assistant nurse was almost as bad, speaking to me like I was stupid and treating me in a very rude manner. I have visited this centre before during the daytime and never had a problem with any of the staff for their treatment or manner with patients, but you just need to pray that you never get unwell in Skegness after 5pm and before 8am. I do not know if these staff have had any training in patient care, but I always thought human nature was to treat people how you would like to be treated. I am deeply saddened and honestly mortified that the doctor was sleeping on the job and then treated patients like dirt on their shoe. Terrible. No wonder they lost the funding as a full accident and emergency centre!
