"Nurse very abrupt and rude"

About: Lydney & District Hospital

I came recently needing treatment for an injured hand. The nurse who treated me was rude and abrupt to both myself and my mother. I felt awkward and embarrassed. My mum asked the nurse a question and the nurse very rudely accused my mother of making her lose her train of thought. Not very professional, and extremely rude.
