On arrival at the MIU there was a short wait while reception staff assisted another patient. My details were taken by a gentleman, I was put on the list to see the doctor. I was in and out in 15 minutes having been treated and given a prescription. This was the first time I have needed to use the MIU and I was impressed by the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. I have nothing but praise for the team who were on between 6.45 and 7.00pm.
