"My 69 year old mom"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency New Cross Hospital / Cardiology

(as a relative),

my mom has a lot of poor health issues and has for many years a few being a mitral valve replacement, pace maker very poor circulation in right leg, blood transfusion every 4 weeks, with no answer to why this has to happen this often.

My point being with all these problems my mom has to see many doctors at the hospital and each ONE just don't seem bothered they all seem to look after, their issue with my mom instead of all discussing my moms health in one.

It seems they cannot be bothered because she has so many problems they give her medication for one thing but usually affects something else she takes, with no review on medication she taken for many years which has now damaged her kidneys walfarin being the main one, this is such a shame because she is so young at heart and image.
