I looked at your web-site to see when the Path Lab is open so that I can turn up for a series of tests ordered by my GP. You seem to deny any knowledge of a Path Lab service?????

What could be improved

Your web-site information regarding the Path Lab service

Why is there NOTHING about Path Lab opening times etc. on your web-site??????

Actually the information is there. When we checked with patients, most people refer to these services as blood test clinics. Within the clinical services section of the website - which is accessed via the Patients and Visitors tab on the home page - there is an A-Z listing of our clinical services. Under B, the heading blood tests can be found. Or to make things even more simple, just use cut and paste the following link in to your web browser:

http://www.enherts-tr.nhs.uk/OurClinicalServices/BloodTests.html

When you click on this link, you will not only be provided with information on the blood testing clinics that we have at Hertford County and the Lister and QEII hospitals, but also at a range of local health centres right across east and north Hertfordshire.

So far from having nothing about pathology laboratory services on our website, we actually carry a great deal of information indeed. It's just that we use the term blood test clinics because that’s what our patients said they wanted them called.
