"Could do better"

About: Springfield Hospital

I was not impressed with the surgeon, he never informed me about my treatment and what to expect after my surgery. He appeared in too much of a rush to leave the hospital. We were there from 12pm until 8.30, only I was given tea and two slices of toast, my wife was offered nothing. I was not impressed. The only reason that I am being anonymous, is that I have to see the consultant again. If there is no improvement in my condition by that time, I will be asking my GP for a second opinion.

If you have not done so already please contact the General Manager or Matron, who will ensure action is taken to have this issue resolved. We can also arrange a second opinion for your GP if required, as you suggested.
