our son came in for operation on arm, we were their early, then a member of staff forgot about us so didnt know we were there, so gave his operation slot to someone else so had to wiat til late afternoon after he had to b starved from 7.30 in morning . When we got on to the ward and got a bed two members of staff took over our care and they were fantactic. i would like to speak to someone about our treatment that we received because for a childrens hospital it was bad the operation was on 22nd july 2014 it was really destressing for us its bad enough your child going in to hospital but then to go through all is as well it is disgusting
