"Nothing. My father was neglected ..."

What I liked Nothing. My father was neglected most of the time sent home without all that had been promised in place . The new ward manager showed me the list ,which most are not in place.I also met with Social Services who assured us that everything would be in place.My father has gone down hill in just over 2 weeks .I will be making an official complaint along with my brothers ref the neglect of an Abingdon born elderly gentleman . What could be improved? Treat all patients the same . weather old and frustrated or not And perhaps the Nurses could spend less time in the staff room .
