My 87 year old mother was admitted to ward 5A via A&E following a nasty fall at home. She was confused and in a great deal of pain. Once on the ward she was made comfortable and clean. Over the 5 days she was there she received outstanding nursing care from cheerful, kind staff. If ever she needed anything, toilet, pain relief etc. help was there for her immediately. Every time we visited she was comfortable, pain free and beautifully cared for. Please pass on our family's heartfelt thanks to all the ward staff.
