"Totally disgutsed"

About: Good Hope Hospital

My husband was taken into a and e with a referral from the gp for an mrI scan because he has been unable to stand up for 7 days due to leg and back pain. He was examined in the corridor while at least three cubicles were empty. He was admitted with the understanding that an mrI would be done the next day. The next day no mrI was done. All that was done was he was made to walk which put him in absolute agony and sent home saying an mrI would be done at a later date at out patients. Absolutley nothing was done and he is still lying on the floor in agony. He is in exactly the same state as he went in and nothing has been done. What I would like to know is why it was not done and how they expect him to get out patients when he cannot even stand up. The whole episode was a joke from start to finish and the service he has been given is shocking and appalling. I am absolutley disgusted. If you are in pain do not go to good hope because they will just leave you in pain and send you home.
