Appointments late every time even though consistency is required for medication, doctors giving incorrect prescriptions that could not be accepted which equaled to another delayed month of treatment. If it wasn't for the admin staff and the nurses that go out of their way to try fit you in whenever possible and help to achieve some kind of result I'd have given up ages ago.
