My father in law 92 years of age treated like an animal and called a dirty old man as he was unable to get help to the lavatory without help and dribbled in his pjs. Absolutly disgusted...............

I am so sorry to hear about your concerns regarding your father in law. Could I suggest that you contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service at the Princess Royal Hospital on 01952 282888 so that one of the PALS team can discuss your concerns with you and raise it with the Ward Manager of the appropriate ward Patient Services Team Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust
