"I have found the staff helpful and pleasant"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I have been to Bridgnorth Hospital before and found all staff were very helpful, as they were last time. The consultant I saw in February was good at explaining the procedure.

I now have had a date for my operation. On 15th Tuesday July. I have had all explained to me by the consultant and nurses, I have found the staff helpful and pleasant.
