About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I moved from Runcorn to family in Telford at the middle of April. The appointment with Dr Summers at Charlton Medical centre was made easily and the doctor understood my concern re appointments with consultants in Runcorn. TRAQS contacted me within days to arrange appointments and are presently awaiting to hear if I can see consultants at locations nearer than Strafford or Wolverhampton.

The smooth continuation of medical services when you move to new area can sometimes cause concerns to some patients and I am pleased to note that you are happy with the service provided by your new GP Practice and TRAQS.
