About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / General medicine Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was first seen at Newport Medical centre in December last year and when at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. Both times I was treated with the utmost respect. This is the second occasion I have been referred to the TRAQS team and on all occasions have been very happy with the team.

Thank you for taking the time to let the TRAQS team know how pleased you are with the service we provide.

We really appreciate that patients take the time to share their the feedback with us as it helps us to develop the service further for the benefit of the patients registered with GP practices in the Telford and Wrekin area.
