About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was treated by my optician at Wrekin community clinic. An earlier appointment was offered but as it was some distance and I had to refuse because I needed someone to take me (you can’t drive yourself). I was very pleased by this appointment, and treatment was excellent by all the staff. Everyone was so helpful. Thank you!
